Description of the new feature / enhancement

A shortcut to switch case of characters on selected text (all uppercase | all lowercase | capital case)

Scenario when this would be used?

The user write a text in a textbox / textarea, select the text to upper/lower/capital and press a combo shortcut to activate the feature
