Steps to reproduce

After clicking in the WebView2 (PDF file or Monaco source code) ESC and arrow keys shortcuts are swallowed by the WebView2.
Post repro:

  • Close the preview
  • Try to preview an image
  • ESC and arrow keys are still broken
  • You can't even move the focus on open/pin buttons on the taskbar using TAB/SHIFT+TAB

✔️ Expected Behavior

Keyboard accelerator are still working

❌ Actual Behavior

Keyboard accelerator stop working
