Description of the new feature / enhancement

An option to quickly convert PDFs to JPGs from right-click context menu in File Explorer.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be used whenever a quick PDF to JPG conversion is needed.

Supporting information

This is a long-standing feature on Macs, apparently. It would reduce the multi-step pain point of having to (find and) open a program, find the right tool, do a save as, go back and find the file in the folder, etc.
