Steps to reproduce

I woke my computer and was greeted with a "Something went wrong." error screen with a log.
I did nothing but login and see the message on screen.

The error message seems to be "Invalid monitor handle".
Log file

I'm not sure how to reproduce this, but the window advised me to report the issue.
I selected General on the "Area(s) with issue" drop-down because I don't know what this is related to.

The utilities I have enabled are:

  • PowerToys Run
  • Various File Explorer add-ons
  • File Locksmith
  • Always On Top

In case this helps in debugging.
