How do I fix FancyZones' mess with dropdowns? #29197

I was able to replicate the issue by opening the "Running as admin" menu in Edge. Other menus open normally, and the same "Running as admin" menu in other browsers (such as Chrome) also works fine. To help us verify the fix for as many scenarios as possible, please let us know which other applications are affected. As a workaround, you can disable the |
It was quite a specific one. Transcribe options window in Adobe Premiere experienced the most unusable behavior because it didn't show a dropdown at all when clicked. That's when I came here to report an issue. As of now the problem is gone after your suggestions. |

Steps to reproduce
It's not the problem with FancyZones, but the problem FancyZones has created.
After recent update dropdowns in various applications (Edge, Adobe Apps) are now stuck to the upper left corner. Annoying af. How do I restore it to normal behavior? It drives me nuts.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Dropdowns appear where they supposed to appear
❌ Actual Behavior
Dropdowns appear at the upper left corner of the screen.
