Powertoys Run seems to sometimes forget what theme to use.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install PowerToys from Microsoft Store
2. Enable PowerToys Run
3. Position & appearance > App theme > Light
4. Activate PowerToys Run
5. I dunno how many times to use it or probably try a computer restart? yes I know hard to reproduce but myself dont understand how it does it
6. PowerToys uses a Dark theme when explicitly set to use Light (Follows device default?)

A Dark theme appearance (perhaps following device default)

I have the same problem, Windows 10 has a light theme, for convenience, all windows are programmatically configured in a dark theme. When you change the black theme in the PTR program, the PTR works fine for a while, but then changes back to white. this happens under random conditions. I also noticed that this happens when updating the program. Please fix it, I'm tired of constantly switching.
