Description of the new feature / enhancement

When user moves cursor to any corner of a screen for a configurable amount of time, a configurable action occurs.

Scenario when this would be used?

Lower left corner is assigned to lock the system if cursor moved there for 5ms

Supporting information

Similar behavior to Macs or other projects such as WinXCorners
