Description of the new feature / enhancement

Try to add animations while opening or closing the windows. Also try to add hot-corners in the windows desktop which will make the windows more smoother to handle.

Scenario when this would be used?

This will increase the speed at which we will work and also this will increase the ability to access different things by using mouse other than keyboard.

If animation effects are not disables Windows windows have animations. For hot corners: /dup #1305
