Description of the new feature / enhancement

recently powertoys changed the brightness of run's dark theme. it's way lighter now, it's almost halfway between dark and light mode. i think it should be reverted to how it was
image
as you can see it's unfittingly bright compared to other dark GUIs i have

Scenario when this would be used?

it was good already, there was no need to change it. don't fix what ain't broken, especially when you make it worse
