Description of the new feature / enhancement

A context option that would pop up when right clicking an image, video, music or documents. When used a window should pop up asking to e.g. convert a mp3 into wav, an .mov into a .mp4 and it should be able to compress videos/images.

Scenario when this would be used?

If you need to plug in a video or image into a website/program that only supports a specific format or when you want to share a video for example on discord, where your upload size is limited.
