I seem to be having a similar issues. Files that I know should appear, are not. The files happen to be on my D drive, but they are indexed and are correctly a part of my users profile.

@ricardosantos9521 I didn't try any version before 18.1. Language is English(Germany). I assume it's en-gb with german formats.

@Moe1369 @rjaquez @floh96 So i did find somethings that i didn't know. Powertoys run uses CSearchManager that is used i think by the Windows Search. I also try to find a file that i created in D:\ and i didn't find it through the powertoys run. Windows Search uses indexing that can be configured via settings apps and control panel. So please see if the files you are trying to find are on the folders that are being indexed. Then try to find the file in windows search and powertoys run!

This is a bug related to administrator mode. Please try to disable it in powertoys settings.

I'm running into this issue just recently. Launcher used to show files just fine, and now it does not. v0.33.1 of PowerToys. Search is configured to index all relevant folders. PowerToys is not running in Administrator Mode. Any ideas how to get this working again? Thanks!
