Description of the new feature / enhancement

When copying and pasting a title written in capital letters anywhere, a feature such as the ability to convert the letters to lower case and paste by converting the upper case to lower case, or pasting by capitalizing only the first letter can be added to the special paste section (shift + F3 in Word).

Scenario when this would be used?

I am a website editor. When adding news headlines from the press unit to the website, I need to add the headlines with the first letter capitalized. Normally, the incoming text is pasted into notepad or word, translated with Shift+f3, copied, and pasted back into the editor. This is just an example. Automatically doing this feature while pasting the text will make many jobs easier.
