Hot corners

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add hot corners functionality that will allow the user to select an action when the mouse is dragged against the corner of a screen. Ideally it could be used to bring up the task view, switch workspaces, or even activate a Power Toys Workspace.

Scenario when this would be used?

Most Linux Desktop environments (GNOME, KDE, Cinnamon, ETC) offer this feature and it was present in windows 8/8.1. I think this is a common power user feature.
