Modernizing Look / Feel across all PowerToys

PowerToys should do its best to look like a system level integration. This is the epic tracking item for modernizing all PTs under a same look / feel.

Yesterday, Michael West shared how PowerRename could look like if it gets a Fluent Design makeover.

So I tried to give FancyZones' layout panel a Fluent Design makeover. What do you think?

I am in favour of Powertoys coming across as system level UI, so should follow the XAML shell design practices, styles, etc.

Closing this out, we're actively looking at the last offender which is shortcut guide and that does have a parent issue

I think that the workspace creator, the fancyzone creator and other small parts of the ui are not following the windows 11 so this should be reopened.
Also I think that some parts of the UI should be redesigned like the keyboard manager editors which looks strange, the shortcut guide and some visual quirks, bugs and inconsistencies all over the app.
