WSL 2 network timeout

• Your Windows build number: (Type ver at a Windows Command Prompt)
  Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18917.1000]
• What you're doing and what's happening: (Copy&paste the full set of specific command-line steps necessary to reproduce the behavior, and their output. Include screen shots if that helps demonstrate the problem.)
  Internet access keeps timeout with the default namespace.
  Docker pull image usually got i/o timeout
  the file /etc/resolv.conf keep regenerate (wsl.conf config file not working)
• What's wrong / what should be happening instead:
  Network nslookup keep timeout, not stable. should be able to edit resolv.conf for alternative namespace.

@xquangdang - Are you able to ping machines by IP address?

Same here i can't ping host ip address. But can ping the router on the same subnet as the host .

@benhillis in my case yeah i can ping any ip any host i can do nslookup
only apt update curl and wget are not working ! look at screenshots here please !#5634

I am having this issue today, with new install of WSL2, and docker for windows. Any fix?
