WSL 2 keeps overwriting resolv.conf .. still

Issue #5420 was never fixed and the chattr +i workaround provided in the thread is a band-aid at best. #5420 shouldn't have been closed. Can you please re-open it and actually fix this problem? Surely you can see people are still posting on the issue... Thanks
