Documentation lists incorrect .NET version #317

I attempted to build the testsuite per the instructions and downloaded .NET 6. I tried to build and got an error for

error NETSDK1045: The current .NET
SDK does not support targeting .NET 8.0. Either target .NET 6.0 or lower, or use a version of the .NET SDK that supports .NET 8.0.

I downloaded and installed .NET 8 and it compiled fine
