README today doesn't have any info on how to run the sample, ie:

  1. Create LUIS app using the json file in cognitivemodels
  2. Run pip install -r requirements.txt to install all dependencies
  3. Update config.yaml with LUIS appid, key, endpoint
  4. Run "python main.py"
    ...

Move to Python repo, once the Transfer button is working again.
