Use extras to save team-storage selection #3817

Currently when use team-wise storage in job submission page, the storage config selection is not stored.
Modify experience to:

If create new job or import from old job format, mount default team storage
If clone a job, use job's "extras/pai.storage" value to mount defined team storage
