Problem Description

See this comment: microsoft/react-native-windows#10433 (reply in thread)

The way that table reads, it looks like the support for reanimated is better than it appears.
It is also incorrect for rn-fetch-blob.

The real solution here is to delete this table and rely more firmly on the directory
