[Codespaces] Debugging .NET not possible in Codespaces #2389

This bug is for tracking at this time, but debugging .NET and Python is not possible in Codespaces due to the inability to do bind mounts.

Adjusting the title and labels since we also have #2565 to cover Python.

This works now with Codespaces' Docker-in-Docker setup! No work needed from us.
