[SUGGESTION] Add support for capturing binary build logs (binlogs)

Binary build logs are invaluable when diagnosing build issues: https://github.com/dotnet/msbuild/blob/main/documentation/wiki/Providing-Binary-Logs.md

However, I can't figure out how to create them when building from within VSCode.

FWIW the problem I'm trying to figure out does not reproduce from the command line, only from within VSCode.

Alternatives considered

Not use VSCode.
