Tests are created with microsoft/vscode-python#9421 but we need a local machine with consistent setup to run them and have relevant data.

@DavidKutu I'm pretty sure you have the local machine setup. So Validating this one.

I have it on my own PC and my work laptop. When the virus goes home I'll set it up on your old machine that's at the office.

Yeah, I'd count this as done for knowing how the work is done for a setup on a non-azure pc.
