Export - rename to "Save As Python File". Use themeable color.
Code / Markdown dropdown - use themeable color.
"Add Cell" button in the top toolbar
Variable explorer section expander chevron - use themeable color.

Change to Markdown button is not themed (needs final icons)
Add Gather functionality back in
