Project update

There was an announcement earlier this week that the Webview UI Toolkit for VS Code will be deprecated by the end of year.

As part of that timeline, all development on the toolkit samples will stop and this issue is a final notice that this repository will be archived today. You can learn more details in the above link.

Beyond that, thank you for the last few years of participating in and using these samples. It was a joy to serve and work with all of you. I wish you all the best in your future VS Code extension endeavors!
