Testing #229359

If I right-click on a row with a tag or a branch, I might want to check out that tag or branch, does that make sense? But the only option is 'detached' mode.

Makes perfect sense. We are looking how to surface actions in the graph that are spoked to particular refs (ex: branch, tag, etc). We have explored multiple options and our current thinking is that we will place these actions in a ... menu that will be at the end of each row in the graph.
