[features] Are there features to pop out warning dialog if I save a file out of workspace?

I just accidently modified a header file of 3rdlibs (vscode run as administrator) and that caused some issues.
Are there any features like pop out WARNING dialog if I save a file out of current workspace? (like C++ standard headers, and 3rdlibs header files)
