Release Notes

  1. Open the release notes in the editor.
  2. Scroll midway down the page.
  3. Switch editors to hide the release notes and then switch back. Verify we restore the previous scroll position
  4. Try opening the release notes in other groups. Scroll position should be saved and restored per group

Markdown Preview

  1. Open a long markdown document
  2. Open the preview
  3. Scroll down through the preview then switch away from the preview
  4. Switch back to the preview and ensure position is restored
  5. Try opening multiple previews in other groups
  6. Try making sure scroll sync and other settings work as expected

Extension

  1. Install the svg viewer extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=cssho.vscode-svgviewer
  2. Preview an svg document
  3. Make sure the svg preview work as expected
  4. Try switching back and forth between the svg preview and moving it between editor groups
