Testing #27456

On my Surface Book running the integration tests took 14m.

I would expect the integration tests to run a lot faster. Some ideas:

  • keep the VS Code window opened between tests
  • only if a test fails initially, rerun the test with a fresh VS Code window (and increased timeouts)
