Test Ignore Folder/Files in Problems view

Test following:

• Problems view filter box now takes glob patterns as input. Verify you can include/exclude folders/files using glob patterns in the filter box
• If all problems are filtered, verify that the message in the view has a link to clear the filter value.
• Test filtering using files.exclude setting using the gear icon in the filter input box. Try toggling the filter or updating the files.exclude setting and verify problems are filtered correctly in the problems view.
• If all problems are filtered when using files.exclude filter, verify that the message in the view has a link to clear the files.exclude filter
