Issue Type: Feature Request

The breadcrumb is not yet optimized for switching between files (either in the same or other folders). If the breadcrumb would support filtering when searching rather than only highlighting the matches that would bring it close to be a viable alternative to Cmd+P.

VS Code version: Code - Insiders 1.26.0-insider (5fae91d, 2018-07-25T01:56:56.548Z)
