  • VSCode Version: 1.30
  • OS Version: Windows 10

VS code is not starting when i clicked on the icon. Then i restarted the system and tried again. It worked. Then after some time when i tried to reopen it's not starting. So, i tried to open the editor through command prompt. Then i encountered this issue. Please, take a look. It may help in fixing the bug.
