Option to install update at end of VS code session

It would be nice have a flag to update VS code on-close by default.

With any software that has constant updates, I always cringe as I open the program to do something. This is for two reasons. First, because it is annoying to have an update message almost every time I open a program. Second, I am generally in the middle of doing something and do not want to wait the 15 seconds to update (my life is so important!).

Having the option to update on VS code close allows me stay updated and for the install to initiate once I'm finished doing stuff on VS code.

This could be a separate button at startup or the update prompt could be on-close (preferably a flag to configure when prompted). Paired with Issue 9539 Auto updating silently, would make this tedious install pop-up process all become a thing of the past.

I did not see this request with a quick search, but please let me know if this has been suggested before.
