Describe the bug
Using autocomplete can build invalid URLs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://aka.ms/ge
  2. click in the query bar
  3. type: ?$sel
  4. Note that $select is suggested
  5. Press enter
  6. Query bar shows https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me?$$select=

Expected behavior
Query bar should now show https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me?$select=
