Why do we need this ?
Currently deployments functionality is available via Github Actions, where you can specify which workflow should be associated with which repo, and hence get a decently accurate idea of your deployments.
Gitlab also has CI and deployments related functionality out of the box, which as of today isn't supported on Middleware.
Would be great to bring the Gitlab integration to parity with Github.
