🤖 Support issue semantic grouping

To understand where user needs are not being met, it would be great to be able to group together GitHub issues from the AP support issues. This would require semantic grouping (e.g. LDA / txtai semantic graphs / semantic clustering).

With the output from clustering / grouping, we could:

• generate a list of most frequent topics appearing in support issues
  • Use example: which areas of the user research are not meeting user need?
• Add links for popular support queries in Slack channel
