The existing webhook for mpc-alerts-prod is incorrect - it points to the archived channel #mpc-alerts rather than #mpc_alerts

I've updated the secret storing the webhook here:

k -n offender-management-test get secret slack-webhooks -o json | jq '.data.mpc_alerts | @base64d '

please could you update this?
