use proot, or so, instant of chroot

I don't see any compeling reason to use proot over chroot, I have root permission on the host where minos-static recipes are built, also based on https://www.reddit.com/r/termux/comments/kdxd1l/proot_vs_chroot_vs_gentoo_prefix/ it seems proot has less performancen than chroot because it hijacks syscalls
