Describe the bug
Warning for older objects is odd looking / uses only half the screen with while containing a lot of info.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to an object and look at a historical version by changing the date in the url / by selecting it from the form.
Notice the warning is oddly formatted.

Expected behavior
A warning that is page wide, and does not have three internal columns
