After Clicking On Host On Vercel, The Default WordPress Is Installing is " 6.3.1 ". But The Latest Version Is " 6.4.2 "

I'm also wonder how to upgrade it

maybe upgrading will be to reupload wordpress again in github by replacing everything from wordpress folder
and replacing the theme, plugin and content folder

You are Saying Right, But Icons and other things are Not Showing Properly

Any ideas guys? Problem is becoming more serious as most plugins don't work with such old WP version!
