Since mixxx 2.3, searching in the "Computer" tab is not possible anymore.
If I am not mistaken, it previously was, and you could select any subfolder on your disk, then enter a term in the search box to constrain the search to that subfolder in the directory tree.
Now it only shows "---".
Please restore said behaviour.

Fedora 35 GNOME 41

I tried this on 2.4.0-alpha-pre and 2.3.2, and can confirm that you can't "search" when "Computer" is highlighted on Mixxx's "library tree" on the far left, but I haven't tested this on any older versions before 2.3. When looking at the library tree, the "Search..." label in the Search Box goes blank.

It'd be nice if someone can confirm if this feature was permissible in older versions from 2.3.

Fixed in #11014 for Mixxx 2.4-alpha.
This will be not fixed in our stable 2.3 branch.
