Apache parquet suffers from an issue with path parsing error in ParquetWriter on Windows since version 1.14.2 (apache/parquet-java#3029) which is solved in 1.14.4.

Parquet Java was upgraded to 1.15.0 in https://github.com/mjakubowski84/parquet4s/releases/tag/v2.21.0
