Mismatch value of momentum alpha between the code and paper

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your amazing work. I've read your code and paper and noticed that the momentum alpha for the exponential moving average (EMA) of μ and σ is set to 0.01 in your code but the paper said it is 0.99. I am wondering which one is the one you used to get the result.

Please correct me if I understand it wrongly!
