Autorun should run in isolation of derived values #71

Autorun is currently under the hood just a derived value which has never observers, but might have side effects. However in rare cases these effects could interfere with currently running derivations, introducing staleness bugs. This can simply avoid be always running autorun functions after all other derivations.
