I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date
What version of the Modrinth App are you using?
0.9.2
What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?
Linux
Describe the bug
Modrinth will only open when ran with sudo or as the root user. Running it as a normal user, it makes an icon on the taskbar but doesn't open a window. Sometimes I'll get a window saying Modrinth isn't responding, but most of the time I have to find the process and kill it manually. I used to get the error Segmentation fault (core dump) in the terminal, but no longer.
I've tried reinstalling, using different versions (flatpak, AppImage, deb), installing xapp, running with the environment variable WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1, restarting, and updating my system to no avail.
Steps to reproduce
No response
Expected behavior
No response
Additional context
I am using Linux Mint 23.1 with Cinnamon. Modrinth has worked in the past, but stopped updating automatically after Minecraft version 1.20.1.
