Group sync for the TeamCity SAML doesn't work when a user clicks the 'Remember Me' cookie. This means after a user is deprovisioned from an Okta group that is assigned to the TeamCity SAML app they might still be assigned that group in TeamCity and have access to the TeamCity projects
