Lock settings behind other windows #108

Hi, I love this module, and I have been using the feature that allows me to lock some settings for my players.

With the realease of Foundry v11, the 'Combat Theme' is now behind the 'Combat Tracker' settings (another window).

Would it be possible to lock these settings too?
