This bug is relevant once again. v11.306, dnd5e 2.2.2. It has been happening since I did migration to v10, but players didn't tell me about it.

Permissions error for players when dropping unlinked tokens onto canvas regardless of active scene or not. Disabling Module Management+ removes error.

In addition, there is some sort of conflict with Random Procedural Names resulting in permission errors for player clients that have multi observable permissions. Disabling Module Management+ removes the error.

Also, permission error when saving configuration settings either in saving module config or config settings.
