Feature Request: Additional ways to open module management #85

I'd love if I didn't have to tab over to the settings sidebar to open module management. Two proposals, either would help, but I don't think either should be difficult:
a) add 'Manage Modules' to the ESC menu
b) add a hotkey for opening MM

The same could be done for 'Configure Settings' and 'Configure Controls' while you're at it.
