This may be too annoying to bother with, but since not everyone is so thoughtful as to add datestamps to their changelog.md, some way of seeing 'how much of this is actually new' would be handy. Maybe save a local copy when its marked viewed, and diff against current when next shown? Add a


or something between new and old sections?

I am not sure I can do this. I think maybe at best I could show you what version you last viewed. This way you have an idea of where to start looking at the change log?

That'd suffice, I think. I figured the original ask would probably either be trivial or too annoying to bother with, didn't know which for sure.
